Lovely hotel. Apart from the first staff member who attended to us(who was a little impatient with us when we were asking questions prior to check in), the check in process was handled smoothly and all the other staff members were pleasant. They were prompt with attending to our needs and were always available if we had any questions about how to get to certain sites in Dubai. The rooms were clean and lovely. The hotel was gorgeous and picturesque. I loved the Christmas display they had out for Christmas. The hotel was not far from all the major sites and there were taxis right in front of the hotel to take us wherever we had to go. I will definitely stay there again. My friends and I had a great time and loved our time in Grand Millennium Dubai.

Welcoming was great, the staff was amazing from beginning to end. I’ve been upgraded to a business suite for the third time I come here. The vibes are very nice, you have a lot of facilities, great restaurants (Belgian, Japanese, Indian restaurants, Karaoke, another bar where you can dance, groceries), breakfast is nice, the place looks beautiful and is clean, one of the best value for money in Dubai to be not that far from The Palm, JBR and Downtown at the same time. One of my favorite places in Dubai where I feel like home and for sure will come again.

Excellent hotel, I loved the room I stayed in, it was clean, spacious, comfortable and the A/C was excellent. Staff were very helpful as well. Easy and quick check-in and check-out process. Very good location close to a lot of attractions, the hotel itself is very active with lots of facilities available. Lot of taxis available outside and finally very good prices. I definitely enjoyed my stay there and plan to do it again. I highly recommend trying them.

Staff very attentive, helpful, and so polite Set in good location, a few minutes walk from the metro, also well supported with taxi rank on the doorstep, so travel around Dubai is very easy.. Breakfast with good quality and a huge variety of items to suit many may tastes, although can get very busy at times and can be hard to obtain a table.. Laundry service also superb.
